Certainly feel free to stop in, I'd love to have you come by
and see samples, or, if the actual item you see is not yet sold, it can be purchased. My gallery exists to give ideas,
like a jumping off point for the item you would like have for yourself. All of my work is fully customizable. No job
is too big or too small.
Prices
will vary for every job/piece. Because each piece can be ordered with it's own specifications, each piece would
have it's own price. A piece that has already been created can be ordered (for the price that is already listed)
as well as additional items for the same price. Larger quantities ordered will have a discounted rate. Much of
the price is determined by the cost of the materials that need to be ordered or the type of the materials themselves.
There is quite a large inventory of materials in my studio already. I absolutely will not charge you for shipping if
the job does not have shipping involved. I will shop the best price for shipping (quantities determine shipping costs
for me as well and I have no control over that). The quality of my work will never be sacrified to offset the cost of
shipping.
Development
of your order - ordering of supplies - okaying samples - final purchase. We discuss all of the details of the piece, either by
emails or by phone. You can even go right to my vendors sites so that colors can be determined. Colors are a very
subjective thing. Textures can make colors appear different as well. Every computer screen will show a color slightly
differently, too. For these reasons I will usually suggest that we order a sample of the ribbons and have samples made.
(If the order is small we can adjust our thinking on how to see samples so that your budget is not blown). I keep you
100" involved/in the loop from start to finish so that you will be absolutely satisfied with my work and your piece.
Testimonial/pictures for my site. All of this hard work is truly rewarding when I get to see/hear my customers reactions to their custom
designed piece. It helps, as all positive word of mouth does, for marketing purposes. Pictures from the customer
are especially helpful too.
Payments. ***I will accept checks or money orders. Funds from a check will have to clear before work proceeds,
generally.

-through Etsy. The item you wish to order from Floral Compliments does not have to be currently
on Etsy.... but I can list it there rather quickly, within minutes of you placing
your order.
We can then use the PayPal service that way. I do apologize that the web building service that I use will not allow
me to place the PayPal logo on my account without
charging me an exhorbitant fee. To keep my costs down I would rather not post their logo here
in that way.
ORDERING
- I do apologize for the inconvenience that I do not have a shopping cart page. I can not set
one up with the "web builder" that I use. I have never had a problem with trust with or from my customers.
Yes, it takes longer to have to write a check and then get the item mailed out to you and I'm sorry about that sincerely.
I do have a PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR MY BUSINESS AND THAT CAN CERTAINLY BE WORKED
OUT AS WELL. So far I've never been burned by a customer so I do accept a check in the mail and have the order sent
out before I receive the money. But, I do this at my discretion.
I'm simply a phone call away. My stuio and cell phone numbers are at the bottom of every page! Ordering can
take two seconds. I live in New York, we don't drag our feet up here.
